Buyers Exclusive Realty is the exclusive buyer's realtor serving Charlotte and the surrounding counties of North and South Carolina. As an exclusive buyers agent, Buyers Exclusive works exclusively with the homebuyer. Our buyers are never exposed to the conflicts of Dual and Designated Agency that do occur with firms that also represent sellers.

From our inception, we have exclusively worked with buyers. This differs from the traditional real estate company that tries to represent both buyers and sellers. We always represent one party, thus our buyers gain a comfort level in knowing their Buyers Exclusive agent will always be representing them regardless of who has the listing on the home(s) they are interested in. This exclusive buyer representation is NOT available with traditional realtors who also represent sellers. After all, they have the same duties to their sellers as we do to our buyers.

Buyers Exclusive Realty subscribes to the same Multiple Listing Services (MLS) that all other Realtors use. We are also members of The National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), an organization formed in 1994 by Exclusive Buyer Agents who are committed to the exclusive buyer agency concept.
